Originally manufactured for the race track, a client brought in a '57 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster. Production of the original Roadster and Gullwing road versions ran from 1954 to 1963.

Currently, all of the metal work is complete on the body and we have applied a thin coat of filler and primer. We still have a lot of sanding to do. Check back soon for an update on our progress.

Bill is working to remove the inline straight 6-cylinder engine. The engine in these cars is slanted to accomodate the low profile hood.
